For adults and teenagers: $ 90/hour
For children 12 years and under: $60/hour
(sliding scale applicable as appropriate)

- A session will usually last between 1 and 1/2 and 2 hours and 1 hour for a tune up.  A 15 minute debrief conversation 2 weeks after the session as well as a summary email sent a few days after the treatment  is also included with  each session.  I recommend a maximum of 3 sessions in a 12 month period.

Each session will include energy and intergration work and may contain yoga and breath work depending on your needs.

SPECIAL: $160 for a 2 hour session so you save $ 20 per session

2. KRIPALU YOGA
$90/hour  for a private or semi private yoga session
A private sadhana that will include: finding stillness, warm up stretches, traditional yoga postures and flow, meditation in motion, breathwork and relaxation.

3. Meditation
$90/hour for a private or semi private meditation session
A guided meditation or instruction on the Merkaba meditation.
